V-Plast Garden Is a platform where we since 1/9 2006 have collected our
products aimed for home and garden.

We have sought, and are seeking Swedish innovations that in a smart way solves
everyday problems, and makes life easier for home- and garden owners.

These products, we have during the years acquired to build our assortment.
We have owned and produced them, and they have been marketed by
VanGus AB.

Since we have noticed an increasing demand from customers both in Sweden
and on the export market to make business directly with the producer, we and
VanGus AB have together agreed to join forces, continue to build the assortment
and sell the products directly from us on V-plast.

We see that this will form an effective organisation with benefits in both in the
logistic and cost effectiveness field, and hope that you as a customer will take
advantage from this.
